Jesús Hoyos: Partner and co-founder of Solvis Consulting. He has over 15 years of experience providing leadership in the execution of Customer Relationship Management initiatives in Latin America. He has assisted many Latin American companies with business processes, requirements, project management, quality assurance, business cases, best practices, and technologies, in the implementation of CRM solutions. Before founding Solvis, he was the Regional Domain Partner for Customer Management Solutions in Latin America for Cambridge Technology Partners. Jesus constantly writes about CRM in the region at his blog www.crmenlatinoamerica.com. Jesus is well recognized CRM expert and speaker at major events in Latin America.
    
Rick Beato: Sales & Marketing VP for Approach Technologies International with ample experience in the areas of CRM, Sales, Marketing and Channel Management. Rick was Director of Quintus Corporation for the Caribbean and Latin America until its acquisition by Avaya Communications. Previously, he was Director of Distribution for Lucent Technologies and a member of the initial team that successfully turned Nortel Networks into the leading telecommunications solutions provider in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region. While an executive for Nortel, he was stationed in Peru and Chile, developing and directing the local operations.
   
Marcelo Bechara: President of Tecnovoz Northwest S.A. Marcelo is currently a leader in Argentina in the Call Center industry as General Director of Contact Center Professional Training Center in Cordoba, and, Coordinator of the Certified Program of Contact Center Management at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba. Marcelo is also in the subjects of Contact Center Evolution and CRM at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba.

Juan is an expert in design and project management of distance education & e-learning. He is also a professor at the Center for Training in Call Center-Universidad Nacional de Cordoba.
   
Maria Garcia: She assists companies in the use of Processes Six Sigma, Project Management,Technology Improvements and Customer Management technologies. She has been involved in many CRM and IT projects throughout Latin America, with companies like Avianca, Corona, Interbank, La Positiva, HSBC, and BellSouth. She is a professor of CRM & eBusiness courses at CENTRUM in Perú.
